CA: Food employees and conditional employees are informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report in accordance with the Chapter, to the person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. COS: EHS sending employee health policy documentation to PIC. | Observed reach in cooler temperature rising from 41F to 49F from start of inspection to end of inspection in main kitchen area. EHS took temperatures of all TCS foods, everything was at 41 or below. CA: Call maintenance to repair cooler. COS: PIC put ice on TCS foods to maintain temperature."
