"Observed the ice bin machine across from the dishwasher with pink/black residue on the dispensing chute C/A In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment: (I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or (II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold COS Facility has 10 days to correct the violation and submit pictures to EHS UPDATE: A VISIT WAS MADE ON 3/11/2025 AND I OBSERVED THE FACILITY DOING A MAJOR CLEANING ON THE HOOD UNIT AND THE ICE BIN WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CLEANED AS WELL. THE MANAGER SUBMITED A PHOTO OF THE CLEAN ICE BIN TO EHS. VIOLATION CORRECTED | Observed the weight scale, onion slicer and the deli slicer in the main kitchen on the table with food residue on them C/A Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. COS PIC had employees wash the ALL the equipment"
