Observed interior of ice bin lid soiled with black accumulation at drink machine in front food service area. C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: All equipment cleaned and sanitized."

COS: Crab cakes placed on the shelf with ready to eat foods, country put on the very bottom shelf; crab cakes and potato soup stored together on one side and raw protein on the other side.
