"Observed no soap at the hand sink located next to the fryer. C/A Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Pf COS Owner replaced the soap at the sink | Observed no paper towels at hand sink located in back kitchen area near dishwashing area. CA: Ensure all hand sinks are fully stocked with paper towels at all times. COS: Paper towels replenished."

"Observed walls throughout the facility have food debris and residue. Container exterior food bin lids have food debris and residue build up. The fan and internal portable air conditioner unit has grease and fuzz build up. CA: Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations. 3. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. | Observed employee rest room toilet and sink were not clean. CA: Cleaning of Plumbing Fixtures. Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained."
