The QAC sanitizer solution must test at 200PPM. COS The sanitizer buckets tested at 50PPM for chlorine. | Food debris and a black substance was observed on the rim of sealing machine and the blender containers on the front prep line. Syrup was observed on the tea containers on the storage rack inside the kitchen. CA Equipment must be sanitized to prevent contamination. COS The containers and equipment was removed and stored near the 3-compartment sink."

"Several containers of liquid stored inside the reach in cooler and a container of Oreo combo stored on the countertop was observed not labeled on the front prep line. CA Food items stored out of its original package and transferred inside a food grade container must be labeled to properly identify the food item. | Boxes of bursting boba and a box of straws were observed stored directly on the floor inside the kitchen. A bag of non dairy creamer, salt, boba, Thai tea mix and lychee black tea was observed stored directly on the floor inside the storage room. CA Food items, beverages, dishes and utensils must be stored 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination."
