COS: ceiling cleaned with a sink and surface solution observed at 704ppm | Observed sliced tomatoes in the small prep top cooler at 71F. C/A: time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below COS: items discarded NOTE: unit was in an outlet that didn't work; unit observed at 72F. Facility may not use the unit until approval from the health authority is given."
