Routine"Observed the following: Pink biofilm along flap in ice machine of main kitchen Dark brown colored accumulation in soda spray nozzles behind bar C/A: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch Correct within 72 hours. | Observed several containers and pans stacked while wet on shelf in main kitchen. C/A: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. Correct within 72 hours"
