Observed baked beans, cooked salmon, and roasted brussels sprouts stored uncovered in walk-in cooler (WIC) #1 located in the main kitchen area. C/A: food shall be stored covered; except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination COS: items covered with a lid | Observed the hand sink next to the ware washing area of the main kitchen and the hand sink located in the pizza prep area of the front food service area with low water pressure for the hot water. C/A: hot and cold water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water"
