PIC stated food was placed in stem well to heat up at 12:30pm. C/A: TCS foods should be hot held at 135 or hotter. COS: PIC placed food in oven to reheat to 165 before hot holding."

PIC stated food was placed in steam well to reheat for hot holding, but the power went out and turned the steam well off. Food was placed out at 1 pm and was put back into walk in cooler at 2:45 PM.
