COS: Sink is being serviced. | Observed heavy food debris and build up inside the top of the microwave (food-contact surface area) in front food service. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC cleaned microwave."

"The concentration of the sanitizer wiping cloths and the chemical spray bottle tested at 0ppm for bleach and or QAC solution. CA The concentration of the sanitizer for bleach must test at 50ppm or 200ppm for QAC. If using a sanitizer spray bottle disposable cloths may be used and wiping cloths may be used with sanitizer buckets. COS The sanitizer was transferred into a spray bottle and tested at 200ppm for QAC sanitizer. A black film was observed on the tray inside the ice machine. CA Sanitize equipment as needed to prevent contamination. COS The employee is in the process of sanitizing the machine. | A container of chicken wings stored yesterday inside the black refrigerator inside the back kitchen area held temperatures of 50F. CA TCS food items must maintain temperatures of 41F or below. COS The chicken wings were discarded."
