"A garbage can filled with food was observed stored inside the hand sink in the kitchen. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: The garbage can was removed. | Observed half and half with an expiration date of 6/17/26 and sour cream with an expiration date 4/12/16 stored inside the reach in cooler in the kitchen. Bottles of frappuccino stored inside the display cooler had an expiration date of 6/1/26. CA: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: The food items were discarded."
