(2) large buckets with lids 62*f @12:40 pm. 58*f at 2:00pm CA: Hot TCS foods are to be cooled from 60*f to 41*f within 4 hours. Bean sprouts were placed in ice baths. Divided into (4) containers with lid. Cooled 48*f, 41*F, 46*f"
