Several container of raw chicken and soy sauce was observed stored on the floor inside the walk in freezer. A container of ginger was observed stored on the floor inside the hibachi kitchen. CA Food items and beverages must be stored 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination. COS The food items were observed stored on the storage racks. A container of bamboo was observed stored directly on top of bamboo stored inside the prep unit inside the kitchen. CA Food items must be separated to prevent contamination. COS The container of bamboo was removed. | Several damp and dry dirty wiping cloths were stored on prep lines and prep tables throughout the kitchen areas. CA Store damp wiping cloths inside the sanitizer buckets when not in use to prevent contamination. Replace the dry wiping cloths with clean cloths as needed. COS The wiping cloths were stored inside the sanitizer buckets and the dirty dry wiping cloths were replaced with clean cloths."
