COS: Facility need to repair the doors | Observed the fan covers in the WIC with black debris build-up. C/A Nonfood-contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. COS: Facility needs to clean the fan cover to prevent from overhead contamination"
